European Distributors Meeting
In the last time, we had the pleasure of hosting business partners from more than a dozen European countries, out of 109 in the world, where Famed Żywiec medical equipment supports the work of doctors and medical staff. It is thanks to their commitment that our medical equipment gets into the right hands in medical facilities.
The European Partners Meeting was an opportunity to sum up the good effects of our joint work and to start celebrating a special anniversary — the 75th anniversary of Famed Żywiec. Although it falls next year, we could not deny ourselves the pleasure of celebrating it now in this noble group. During the event we also had the opportunity to reward our partners for their commitment to strengthening our position worldwide. Our representatives from Belgium, Ukraine and Italy were recognized for the exceptional results of their activities in 2020. These are the sales leaders of particular product categories or products. Last year was a period when, due to the pandemic, hospital beds that help save the health of patients infected with Covid19 dominated among orders. At that time we delivered about 4,000 of them, of which about 1,500 to Polish hospitals and the rest to other countries, including many European ones. The success of this operation would not have been possible without the commitment of our partners. We would like to thank all of you for your daily commitment, it is thanks to your work that Famed Zywiec equipment supports the work of doctors and medical staff in 109 countries.
One of the highlights of the European Partners Meeting was a tour of our Żywiec plant. For many of our guests, this was the first opportunity to see what the production of modern operating tables and hospital beds looks like. They had the opportunity to see with their own eyes that 95% of Famed Żywiec’s medical equipment components are manufactured in-house and what this looks like in practice. «It is only when you can take a close look at how the production processes are carried out that you become aware of how efficiently Famed’s specialists perform all these complicated and responsible tasks,» was one of the opinions we were able to hear.
