Investment firm BHM Group has formed a holding company, Reinsberg Group, consolidating its healthcare companies under one umbrella. This strategic move is aimed at increasing their strength and global presence in the fast-growing medical equipment market. The Reinsberg Group currently includes the German company Medifa and the Polish companies ALVO Medical and FAMED Żywiec.
