The bed was designed in a way to minimise the risk for patients and facilitate their recovery. We have eliminated the risk of accidental bodily harm, equipped the bed in easy-to-use lowered tops, central brake and reduced the height to 435 mm.
The pSilver™ technology has been used in plastic and ABS parts of the bed. It provides bacteriostatic protection. NANO is characterized by a simple structure, based on columns, making access to all parts of the bed much easier. Cleaning and disinfection therefore take exceptionally little time.
At the customer’s request, each version of NANO can be optionally enriched with additional accessories that will make the bed even more useful. Weight, bed extension, tunnels for X-ray cassettes, controllers, shelf for bedding – you choose.
The minimum distance between the platform and the floor is 435 mm. This allows both to prevent the patient from falling off the bed and helps in getting up safely.
The NANO bed is fully transparent for X-rays. Thanks to a special laminate, which covers the mattress and the columnar structure, the product is fully compatible with the C-arm, which allows the patient to be X-rayed and diagnosed without having to leave the bed.
Placing the control panels also on the inner sides of the side handrails enables the patient to easily, effortlessly and safely change the position of the bed and adjust the height of the bed.
All plastic and ABS elements were made using pSilver™ technology. The prefabricate including silver nanoparticles, which we use in the process of plastics production, provides effective bacteriostatic protection. The use of pSilver™ technology in the places that are most often touched by patients limits the proliferation of dangerous bacteria, fungi or viruses. The pSilver™ technology also involves a process of plastic element processing providing a smooth surface, whose texture prevents the accumulation of impurities. All plastic elements are developed and manufactured in our factory, under the control of the laboratory.
All battery cells powering Famed Żywiec products are carefully selected from a reliable supplier we have been cooperating with for many years. Each fCharge™ battery cell undergoes inspection at an external company, then goes through multiple tests at several technology departments of our factory. The fCharge™ fast charging technology charger used in our products allows for quick supply of the necessary amount of electricity to carry out the bed pallet adjustment.
At the customer’s request, each version of NANO can be optionally enriched with additional accessories that will make the bed even more useful. NANO works great in a set with scale. It works extremely fast and ensures high accuracy of measurements. You can also choose the option of lengthening the bed by 200 mm for taller patients. Everyday work will be facilitated by a foot controller, a shelf for bedding or alternative side rails. In the additional options catalogue, you will also find various control options on side rails and tunnels for X-ray cassettes.
Thanks to the ability of lowering the bed pallet to the height of 435 mm over the floor level, a patient can safely leave and enter the bed without a risk of painful fall. Additionally, the bed pallet height can be adjusted smoothly and gently.
