This model of hospital locker is made of steel profiles and galvanised sheet steel, which form an ideal combination with the plastic tops. The drawer has been fitted with a two-chamber plastic insert and the cabinet box with an additional shelf for patient’s belongings. Ergonomic wheels make it easy to position the locker in the hospital room, and the intuitive locking mechanism in two wheels ensures stability and prevents accidental change of position..
Doors mounted on both sides of the locker and a double-sided drawer allow the locker to be positioned on both the left and right sides of the bed. An additional pull-out side table top with height and angle adjustment allows for easy and quick adaptation to the patient’s position on the bed.
It can be used both in hospital rooms and in care homes or the patient’s home. The drawer and lockable locker allows storage of patient belongings, and the adjustable table can be used for meals or as a stand for a laptop or notebook. The lowest shelf has ventilation holes and can be used to store shoes.
The locker has an additional side table top with height and angle adjustment. The table top is very stable and its positions can be changed quickly and easily to suit the height of the bed and the patient’s requirements. Simply pull upwards on the black handle to adjust the positions in a smooth way. When it is not in use, the top can be easily hidden back – the table top hides into the side of the locker.
In addition to height adjustment, the side table top is also angle-adjustable. Using the red button, we can easily change its positioning according to the patient’s needs. In this way, it can be used for meals or as a stand for a laptop, notepad or reading book.
Doors mounted on two sides of the locker allow access to the items inside, regardless of the locker being placed on the right or left side of the bed. A similar solution was used in the design of the drawer, which can be pulled out from two sides and a special locking mechanism integrated into the design prevents it from accidentally falling out.
